Getting started
Framezone is one calm dashboard for your day, habits, money and health. You start with one area, like Tasks or Habits, and add the rest when you want them. Your AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another MCP client) can read and update it through the MCP connector.
Yes. When you sign up, I ask what you want to run first and set that up. Start with Tasks or Habits, add Finance or Fitness later, or turn everything on from day one.
Notion is a blank canvas, and you build the system yourself. Framezone comes with the modules ready: Habits, Finance, Fitness and more work out of the box, no templates needed.

Price and your data
Yes, there is a Free plan with every module. It limits how many habits, goals, projects and money accounts you keep active; Pro at $9 a month removes the limits and adds bank sync. Everything is free during early access, and everyone who signs up now gets their first year of Pro free when paid plans open.
I use Google Analytics only if you accept cookies. It sees page visits, never your tasks, money or health data. I don't show ads and I never sell your data. Your data isn't end-to-end encrypted yet. That's planned.
Contacts, from a vCard file. Everything else you add by hand or through your AI assistant, which can turn a pasted list into tasks, habits or transactions. Bank sync and Apple Health sync are coming. You can export all your data from settings at any time.
Yes. You can export your data from settings at any time. It's yours, and you should always be able to take it with you.
Using Framezone
There's no native app yet. Framezone is a web app you can install from your browser: on iOS or Android, add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.
Use the contact page or email [email protected]. Replies come straight to me, usually within a day or two.
Often, but not on a fixed schedule. I build Framezone alone, so I ship when something is ready. The changelog lists what changed each month.
