A weekly review in 45 minutes.
Three steps: get clear, look back, plan ahead. Fill it in here, then copy it to Notion or Obsidian, or print it.
Step 1 · 10 minutes
Get clear
Get everything out of your head and your inboxes, so you plan from a clean slate.
Step 2 · 15 minutes
Look back
Be kind and specific. The point is to learn, not to grade yourself.
Step 3 · 20 minutes
Plan ahead
Choose less than you think you can do. A finished Top 3 beats an unfinished Top 10.

Let the look-back fill itself in.
In Framezone the weekly review already shows the tasks you finished, habit completion by day and your focus time. You only write the part that needs thinking.
Why it works
The habit that keeps every other system honest.
Lists drift. Inboxes fill up. Goals quietly stop being looked at. A weekly review is the one appointment that catches all of it before it turns into stress, and it's where most productivity systems succeed or fail.

Questions

Friday afternoon or Sunday evening work for most people. Friday closes the work week while it is fresh; Sunday sets up Monday. Pick one and put it in your calendar as a recurring appointment with yourself.
Yes. Fill it in here and use "Copy as Markdown", then paste it into a Notion page or an Obsidian note. Headings, checkboxes and lists come across as they are. You can also download it as a .md file.
Your answers stay in this browser only, so you can close the tab and finish later on the same device. Nothing is sent to Framezone. "Start a new week" clears it.
A daily plan picks what to do today. The weekly review steps back: it catches what fell through the cracks and chooses what matters next week, so each daily plan starts from the right place.
