By accessing or using Framezone ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Framezone is a personal life management platform that provides tools for task management, habit tracking, financial overview, goal setting, note-taking, book tracking, fitness logging, and daily journaling. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated from time to time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Service's operation, or using the Service for any illegal purpose.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create within Framezone. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.
6. Payment & Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms will be clearly displayed before purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed.
8. Limitation of Liability
Framezone is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the Service's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
