Terms of Service

Who we are
Framezone is operated by Reaktör Teknoloji Tic. Ltd. Şti., a limited liability company established in the Republic of Türkiye ("Reaktör", "we", "us"). It is built and run by one person, Sedat.
By creating an account or using Framezone, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Plans and payment
Framezone has a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro is sold monthly, yearly or, for a limited number of founding members, as a one-time lifetime purchase. Current prices and what each plan includes are on the pricing page. While Framezone is in early access, everything is free and no payment is taken. Nothing is ever charged unless you choose a paid plan yourself.
Who you pay. Paid plans are sold through Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), which acts as the merchant of record. Creem processes your payment, adds any sales tax or VAT that applies and sends your receipt. Creem's own terms apply to the payment. We never see your full card details.
Renewal and cancellation. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings, under Plan. Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for, and the account then moves to the Free plan.
Refunds. If you ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, you get a full refund. Email [email protected]. After that, the current period is not refunded, except where the law requires it.
Lifetime. A lifetime purchase gives you Pro for as long as we operate Framezone. It is not a promise that the service will run forever.
Free plan limits. The Free plan limits how many habits, goals, projects and money accounts you keep active. If an account moves to Free, nothing is deleted; you just can't add more above the limit.
Price changes. We will email you at least 30 days before a price change affects a subscription you already have, so you can cancel before it applies.
Early access. Accounts created during early access get 12 months of Pro free, starting the day paid plans open.
Your account
Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Framezone is not meant for children under 16.
Your content
You own everything you put into Framezone. You give us only the permission we need to store it, show it to you and run the service. You can export it or delete it at any time from Settings.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Abuse the service or other people
- Scrape it
- Attack it or try to break its security
- Store or share illegal content
The MCP connector and API have rate limits: 60 requests per minute and 1,000 per hour.
AI and insights
AI features and connected AI assistants can be wrong. Check anything important.
The numbers and insights Framezone shows about fitness, nutrition and finance are there to help you think. They are not medical, dietary, financial or investment advice.
Third-party services
Some features connect to services we don't run, such as TrueLayer for bank connections, AI providers and Apple Health. Those services have their own terms, which apply when you use them.
Availability
During early access, Framezone is provided "as is". We take reasonable care to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't guarantee any particular uptime.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms takes away mandatory consumer rights you have.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Turkish law. If you live in the EU, you keep the protections of your country's mandatory consumer law.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. For material changes, we tell you by email first.
